Disclaimer: This site is intended to be a resource for those interested in learning about the various facets of herbalism. The information contained on this site is not to be taken as medical advice. Some herbs interact with medications, and while I advise on herb safety in my entries, your health is your personal responsibility and I advise always confirming the safety what you put in your body. Herbs are not one-size-fits-all and act differently in different bodies. While I am an herbalist, I am not your herbalist and cannot give advice without the full context of your body’s landscape, symptom set and lived experience. Seek out a clinical herbalist for professional guidance on herbs and lifestyle interventions for your specific situation.
